I was thinking about it for a long time and it occurred to me that first I will start with the typical UNDERTALE and from there add things that will be in the fangame (this is just a MOD). I won't add everything I have in mind for the fangame, I'll just add some things.

I plan to add the grandfather of sans and papyrus to the future remaster. 
Toby Fox (creator of Undertale) will be involved as a voice actor and composer in the animated pilot for 'Homestuck'.
It will be produced by Spindlehorse, the indie company behind Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss.
VivziePop will also be producing.
