Hundreds of years ago, a dark entity arrived on the Magic World. This being of pure madness had no name, and no physical shape, and it had only one goal: to devour the minds of all beings.
And it only could attack the Othila district. The legend says that one hero, named Jackie Nothingt, from the Nothingot Clan, using the mighty weapon Haijo Suru (the Eraser Bow), defeated the Old One, and vanished it from existance. Therefore, strangely the traces left from the Chaos Beast was still there. One of them were the Horus Demons, dark creatures created from a series of biological modifications on people affected by the Old One. The Horus Demons are still considered sons and daughters of that dark and repulsive being, that's why they are still hated and feared.
Some alchemists and researchers captured and dissected specimens of Horus Demons along of the years, but no one yet discovered the source material that make up their skin and flesh. As a matter of fact, everytime a Horus is killed (the only possible way of this being to die, since they don't die from age nor disease), their body liquefies and vanishes, only leaving a strange gas as a trace. This gas could not yet be stored by any ways.
