They appear on random cameras, and if they are looked at for too long you gain a strike. 3 strikes and you're out.

there wasn't a door threat in the secret night, so i made the amalgam also have a chance to go to the door. you gotta shut it and do a quick minigame to make him leave. if you fail you die
