Making of "Rise of the Valkyrie" Fun facts part 2


Hi guys!

Here’s part 2 of fun facts from our game :) Did you know that:

  • The members never met each other in person before the game jam, and until today, Vitor and Francisco never met the other team members.

  • Joana was paid with 0,50€ for a star wars racing arcade and a package of Pocky.

  • Jorge and Nuno talk like hell… i mean, they can’t shut their mouth!

  • The name of the game took two days to be decided, when the prototype took only ten hours…

  • Jorge, Nuno and Vitor were the three first members of the team, but Francisco is the most talented (sorry guys :( sooner or later someone had to say it).

  • Joana accomplished one of her dreams, being part of an OST of a game.

  • Jorge coded for about 50 hours, but it was nuno who received a massage…

  • Vitor’s art crashed Jorge’s PC for 30 minutes, 1 hour before the deadline… 21000+ per 15000+ pixels sprite sheet… REALLY?!?!?

We’ll save other facts for later ;) Meanwhile, vote for us! :D
