Mana bars, optimise ping


Added mana bars (removed chi from stats) now you see
how much mana opponents have
so you know what to expect
Also some changes, max hp = 25, different damage adjustments,
thunder fires after a second so its not so OverPowered

maybe soon I’ll do some classes (that will have their own powers)
