many of you probably saw this image being used by some of us as a meme. It's actually an early concept of phase 2. The final design will have some slight changes but overall this is how Papyrus will look when going Undying mode (called differently)

Wheel of Misfortune
papyrus is getting a much needed v3 of his sprite, this is still a heavy wip though. (before you ask, he's mad because I drew it while listening to the wip of final encounter's first phase and it inspired me)
Finally finished the new Sans sprite! thanks to @ProbNotEvaN 
and @NeonAnimates_'s help, we cooked up the final iteration of his sprite. test animation done by @Short_Monqey
