Hi everyone. I know for some of you it's already April, but I forgot to make a devlog for March before I left for work, so without further ado, let's cover over the Matt Warkoskki March devlog.
Five Nights at The Loud House
So Five Nights at The Loud House released just under a week ago as of making this devlog, and so far it's garnered almost 250 followers since its game page was made. I wanted to thank everyone for the support that I've received thus far for the game. As you probably know, I was initially scared to announce it due to Loud House's abhorrent fandom and creator, but I'm very grateful that as many people have been supportive of the game as there have been.
Now, in regards to what the future looks like for the game, there isn't really much that I have planned. The game is practically complete aside from bug fixes and potential gameplay balancing that needs to be made. I'm also contemplating making a custom music player for nights, though that's a feature that I'm not fully sure on whether or not I should implement.
I don't have much else to say about this game aside from that. I do intend to rebalance this game's point system out at some point (specifically the CN point system). With that being said, let's move onto...
Headspace Night Android Port
As much as I want to have development news on this port since my last devlog, I didn't get to work at all on the port throughout the entirety of March. This is mostly due to me focusing on finishing up Five Nights at The Loud House, as well as working on an April Fool's game from start to finish this month. You guys will see what that game entails very soon (it'll be released less than half a day after this devlog goes up, after all) but I just wanted to explain why there have been so little updates regarding the Headspace Night Android port since my January Devlog.
However, since FNATLH is out, and once my April Fool's game goes up tomorrow, I will primarily focus on the Android Port until it releases. Afterwards, Goofy Silly Encounters will go on the forefront of my priorities. Speaking of which...
Goofy Silly Encounters
Before I cap the devlog off here, I wanted to show you guys a piece of Extras art that I made for GSE, showcasing the new art direction that the game will be going through now that development on it has finally picked back up. As I'm sure a lot of you already know by now, GSE's game page has received no news or updates in around 2 years. The art style for that game, just like everything else about it, really, has gone through a drastic change, one that I think will benefit the game to let it stand out from the charcoal-esque artstyle that Headspace Night has, since GSE contained a very similar artstyle to that game.
In any case, enjoy this piece of Extras art and I'll see you guys very soon.
