Bliss is a puppeteer as you might be able to tell
His puppets are obviosly based on him and the rest of the crew
The weird thing on his back is supposed to be a cape, I just suck at drawing capes from a side view I guess xd
Oh and don't worry about the unsettling poses of the puppets, I was just having fun trying to make them look lifeless
