Phil Wilson is a dumbass who works as a paramedic for That Hospital Over There. He has crashed his ambulance 300 times, yet is the only paramedic at The Hospital. After the guy who ran the place died, Phil was somehow promoted to lead doctor. After his promotion he killed 3168 patients until the place was shut down, probably because he kept giving them cocaine instead of cough syrup. Phil will stop at nothing until he "treats" his patient, unless he hears the lunchbreak alarm. If he does, Phil is off to the local Subway in seconds.
