This art is based on a song of the same name from the Donkey Kong country TV series from the 90s (yes that exists. I recommend listening to the song as it is pretty good and Donkey Kong has a good singing voice but Diddy Kong doesn't really have a good singing voice but it still is pretty good ^^)
