neon bonnie is a wired one, he is basically the DJ for all of the crazy parties the nightmares throw just about every night, he makes a killing off of it too, making dozens of faz coins a night. too bad he spends it all on robo crack and oil. he is a boss at night and a bum in the day. that's what ballora says at least, minus the boss at night part...and replace all of it with party brained degenerate.
