So when I made the point system I started making smaller asteroids that would give you 10 instead of 5 points and when you shoot the normal asteroids it will explode into 2-5 smaller asteroids. Also when a asteroid fly out of the room it will spawn another one (when small asteroids flies out of the room i spawns a bigger one) in a random spot.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
