Misadventure -- ancient, obsolete horror

Taking ‘old-school’ too far, I have made a ‘creepypasta’ horror game set in the 1970s. A child plays a primitive home game console, unaware that it’s being used as a portal by Interdimensional Demons!
While I tried to capture the look and feel of games from that time period, I still took a lot of liberties (or the demons did). For instance, I don’t think ‘checkpoints’ had been invented yet. Also, there are a lot more screens and sounds than would have been possible back then. And they didn’t bother making objects disappear after they’ve been used for their purpose (keys), or have safeguards for not getting shit stuck where you can’t reach it anymore.
But hey, this game’s demon-possessed. That’s an automatic graphical boost, right there.

The latest build of Orange Roulette is here! New character, new animations, new terror!

Halloo! Hopefully this is the right place to announce that Orange Roulette (2024) is coming to Steam in early October! Wishlist my game there and help an old crazed developer get a little traction!

Much new stuff, many fixes and additions to Orange Roulette!

Halloo! I'm so happy about the new Orange Roulette getting attention from fans of the original, and people discovering it for the first time. To see it organically start to bear fruit is really cool!

Halloo! Orange Roulette will be released on Steam in THREE DAYS! I am freakin' out!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

🍒Did you like the game? A demo is available for free on Steam.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

Strange Umbrella

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
