OU IS NOW ON HOLD
OU is now on hold. I have my own reasons for it, so please do not ask about it
DIRECTX 11
OU was supposed to be on DX9, but since I tested OU on a Dell Optiplex 7010 (i5 3470, 4 GB of DDR3 Ram, SATA SSD, and iGPU), it stuttered a lot. So I decided to put the game on DX11
