Updated the game to be playable on mobile browsers, as an Android app, and also added a singleplayer mode!

Added mobile support! Playable in-browser or as an Android .apk installation.
There are audio limitations in some mobile browsers, and as such some audio might not play. I’m planning on fixing this in the future.
There are two downloadable Android versions that work with different kinds of hardware. If one installlation fails then simply try the other.
Added singleplayer mode. Test your NEIGHing prowess against the CPU!
Now records each player’s wins.
Has a fullscreen mode on mobile browsers, toggled by tapping the top-right button.
I haven’t had a lot of time to test the mobile options. So if there’s any glitches or the control scheme isn’t that great, then feedback would be greatly appreciated!
