Monster World IV: Regenesis Demo Updates


Update as of 8/21/2023

-Added a new screen to Estaf Plateau (one for now)

-Fix colored wolves to sparkle

-Reduced splash screens

-Pepe is now playable in battle

-Add backgrounds to specials

-Reduced voice clip occurrence after battles

-Added a way to quit in-game

-If you quit via keyboard, you have to hold the key for 3 seconds.

-Added an option to turn off enemy field defeats

-Changed first boss face card

-Changed Tower of Silence chapter card

-Updated item icons in the combat menu

-Changed base max elixirs from 99 to 25.

A Monster World IV 30th anniversary piece of Asha that was originally abandoned in February finally got finished! I was in doubt on if it would be transferred to a complete work, but you know what they say, when in doubt, pinky out!

An update. All three perspectives have been completed and menus such as equipment and items have been added. World building is almost ready. I just need to implement NPCs and other basics like treasure chests and shops.

I believe we can give the game a new name now. It is likely going to be Monster World IV: Regenesis.

It is the 31st anniversary of Monster World IV in Japan, so here's an Asha spreading some love (and Pepelogoos) in a time where it's greatly needed! Don't give up hope!

A second version of an Asha chibi for the 30th anniversary of Monster World 4. This game and character mean so much to me and I wouldn't be the creator I am today without it!
