Poster Description:

A robotic staff member who always reminds the students to not let the power go out. You don't want to be near him when the power goes out, trust me...

Mechanics:

He'll spawn in the Principal's Office and wander around the school (1st Sprite). When he sees the player, he'll tell them to make sure the Power Generator is running at all times. While the Power Generator is running, he'll be completely harmless. But when the power goes out, he'll say something to the player. After that, his evil form comes out (2nd Sprite). It's pretty much game over because he is fast. But if the power goes out because you ran into Noir Baldi, he'll know that it was an accident and ignore you.

Listen student. I don't want the power to go out here. So I would appreciate it if you kept that generator thing running, okay? (Plays when touching the player for the first time in a round.)

You really just let the power go out? You're so lazy. I didn't want to do this, but you leave me no choice... (Plays when meeting the player after the Power Generator runs out of energy.)

Don't worry student. I know that the Power Generator couldn't have drained that quickly! It's because you accidently ran into that weird Baldi clone, right? (Plays when meeting the player after the power goes out because of touching Noir Baldi.)
