Multi-platform update & thanks for 2000+ downloads!

It’s hard for me to believe this little game has been downloaded more than 2000 times. I’m really glad you guys liked it so much :D Thanks a lot for your support!

I’ve ported the game to GM:Studio and made a web version, so you can now try Sunset Melody on pretty much any OS and platform just by using an HTML5 capable browser. This version now features keyboard, gamepad and touchscreen controls, better platforming code and some minor graphical improvements.

NOTE: Gamepad controls only work on Chrome based browsers. It was tested with an XBox 360 wireless controller.

The downloadable Windows version has also been updated with most of the new features. The original version that was submitted to #peaceloveandjam is still available, if anyone wants to check it out for some reason.

I’m very interested in expanding this idea, so expect a big update somewhere in the future.
