Unfortunately, I have some bad news to share - I've lost all the progress I've made on the game due to a disk failure.
However, I do have some good news as well: I haven't lost any of the graphic files, so I can if I don't retrieve previous project files start over very quickly.
If I'm not able to retrieve the lost files, I'm considering rewriting the project as a C++ game using the SFML library. Thank you for understanding, and let's hope for the best!
As a farewell, let me leave you with this thought: people are divided into two types, those who make backups and those who will. Unfortunately, I am the latter type.
