My plans for this game...

To those of you following this game, I know it's been a while since I've given any updates on the development of the game. I assure you, the game is not cancelled. However, I have been busy with other projects such as LSTB:R and modeling for Echoes of The Bite, and it's been taking up my time in the process.

I do have some things about the game I'd like to share, though.

  • The game will not be developed in GameMaker or Clickteam Fusion. Instead, the game will be a real-time 3D game developed in Unreal Engine 4.

  • The game's story will be going through some changes to ensure that it could work well in the context of a standalone game, while also opening up the potential for a continuation.

  • I'm still currently learning how to use UE4, but from what I've seen from it so far, I feel as though the engine will be a perfect fit for the game.

  • The game's characters will be recieving redesigns that look much better and reflect my current experience in modeling that I have gained over time.

  • The game will remain the same mechanic and character-wise, but even then those things are still subject to change.

I still hope to get the game out this year. However, plans may change, and I don't want to rush out an incomplete product for the sake of a deadline. So while the game coming out this year is still a possibility, I won't count on it.

Anyway, thank you for reading, and thank you for your interest in the game. I promise that no matter how long this takes, I'll make sure this game is exactly the way I envision it.

Decided to touch up on the models a bit by making their dust effects more prominent and adjusting some details about some of them, mainly the way PNM's ears melted. Here's the new renders.

New design of Happy Mouse

finally figured out how to rig my animatronic models more efficiently while having all of the animatronic be in one object. gonna test it out in 3d engines and see what happens, and if it's good we MAY be able to go back to 3d development!

Project(s) & Health Update

I'm alive! I have been resting a lot after the brutal game jam crunch... We didn't make the deadline, but the team is very invested and determined, so we'll finish the demo-

The Hive - Everything is a Crab

Since the office wound up getting majorly revamped, I might as well show you what it ORIGINALLY looked like! It's the same layout-wise, but much wider in size, and much differently textured and presented. Plus, there's a poster with Willow's old design!

New design for Abandoned Minnie

We started making a game about flipping tables. We ended up making all of this too.

!!! WARNING: LOUD NOISES! !!!

TAPE NO.1

We found this tape inside of a trash can in the repair room of the old location. The audio is incredibly loud and distorted, and it cuts off at the end. Any idea who recorded it, and what that thing at the end is?
