My "Postmortem" of Sorts

Wow.

I am actually shocked by this project. While it didn’t get too many plays or anything like that, the people who did play it mostly gave pretty positive feedback which had not been anticipated prior to me uploading the game. I had convinced myself that my first project will suck, and I was happy with that only because I knew it would help me become a better developer.

Needless to say I was wrong, the people who did play it seemed to have enjoyed it, and gave me some helpful pointers on things I will be sure to work harder on in the future (Some said it was a bit too easy, and also said that it needed better sound).

I want to give a big thank you to anyone who played Buggy Hazards. I do plan on working on other projects in the future, and I certainly will be here for more Ludum Dare stuff.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

A sneak peek at the new OST, can you guess what this song will be used for? 🤔
