Get ready this is going to be a long one.

Okay, so, basically....

For some context, Maxwell and Nug have been friends for years. They have been ever since elementary school, so they know each other pretty well. Maxwell slowly started realizing that he was heavily felling inlove with Nug. Nug, knowing Maxwell very well, realized this nearly instantly. And was VERY uncomfortable about this. Not because Maxwell didn't like or anything, but because he didn't really know how to feel about Maxwell. You see, Maxwell knows what love is. He has been in multiple relationships before. But Nug? He doesn't. Yeah, he been in a couple of relationships before, but in all of them. He didn't feel anything. It was always, in was with them because of pressure from other people, or he was too embarrassed or scared to say no. Over time, as he started to see more and more of other people getting relationships and being happy. He just assumed that something was wrong with him. He started asking questions about himself. "Why I am like this?" "Why do I act like can't I feel?" "Why can't just love someone?" "What even is love?" At some point, he decided that nothing was wrong with him. That he just can't feel love... This kind of sended him down a dark rabbit hole. To the point, he sort of convince himself to stop feeling entirely. So, on the last day of highschool, Maxwell approached him. Maxwell already sweating, looking nervous, and holding something behind he's back. He already knew what Maxwell was going to say. But... Just like all the other times, he couldn't say anything. He didn't wanted to lose such a good friend like Maxwell. But, he just can't stand there and let it happen. All he would be doing would be just delaying the inevitable. So, in the middle of Maxwell speech, he told Maxwell. That he doesn't love him. That he can't love him. That he can't love, period. He doesn't know what's wrong with him. He wish knew, but he doesn't. Maxwell, didn't say anything. Just fell to his knees and started crying instantly. Nug completely embarrassed, even though no one was around, he just walked away. Leaving Maxwell there. Just for years later, to show back up.
