My thoughts on the Nintendo taking down fangames.

So I’m a bit late to this now. This has shocked me even though it probably shouldn’t have.

Nintendo has finally decided to go on a full dmca rampage. Removing Pokemon Uranium and Another metroid 2 clone was only the first step. They have finally targeted Gamejolt specifically and removed over 500 games.
This isn’t going to help Nintendo, just like claiming YouTube let’s plays of their game isn’t going to help them. They are literally targeting the fans that actually care for their games. They have the right to dmca those games, but why though.

Nintendo is dying. If the NX does poorly, it could be their end. This is just digging their grave even deeper. They are counting on their Ips to survive and this isn’t going to make them more popular. I would never have been so much into Mario if it hadn’t been for all of the great fangames like SMBX, Hello’s games and Mario The Music Box.

I kinda am a bit angry at them, but they have the right to do this. It’s the law and nothing can be done about this. This will probably slow down the Nintendo fangames quiet a bit, but it won’t stop. Cause this is the internet.

I’m happy that my game wasn’t taken down, but if they still are going around and taking down games, maybe this will be the end.
Thank you for reading this. I would appreciate if you would maybe take your time to tell e your opinion in the comments.

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
