Need Ability ideas


The idea is,(if you haven’t already played the game) there are unique abilities that are attached to different weapons. When a weapon is equipped, access to that ability is granted. From there, you need to use that ability many times in order to master it. Once mastered, you no longer need a weapon equipped to use it, and it also boosts the effect of the ability.

Right now, I have 14 abilities, and I need 24. So I need your help coming up with more. When you post, please post the following things

Name: Name of the ability (9 Characters long, with only A-Z and spaces) Effect: What the ability does. Please don’t make a variation of the ones listed below! At Master: What the ability does at master. Basically, a more powerful effect. Weapon: A weapon that you’d need in order to master the ability. (Again, double check to see it hasn’t been taken)

[X]SLICE
Effect: Attack power increased by 125%
At Master: Attack power increased by 165%
Weapon: Longsword

[X]QUICKSTEP
Effect: Instantly move to opposite side of enemy.
At Master: Attack enemy again during the dash.
Weapon: Dagger

[ ]FROST
Effect: Temporarily immobilize an enemy.
At Master: Slight HP loss while frozen.
Weapon: Crystalade (Need name ideas)

[X]MAGNET
Effect: Force nearest 3 enemies toward you.
At Master: Force nearest 5.
Weapon: Pincer

[X]REPEL
Effect: Force nearest 3 enemies away from you.
At Master: Force nearest 5.
Weapon: Katana

[X]KEEN EYE
Effect: Deal percentage based damage. (15%~45%)
At Master: (25%~70%)
Weapon: Rapier

[X]FLARE
Effect: Release ball of fire. Cumulative damage.
At Master: Ball climbs walls.
Weapon: Phoenix Claw

[X]WHIRLWIND
Effect: Summon speeding winds to guard you.
At Master: Shield damages enemies.
Weapon: Claymore

[X]VENOM
Effect: 25% Chance of inflicting POISON on an enemy.
At Master: 45% chance.
Weapon: Mandragora

[X]SOULEATER
Effect: Absorb 5% of damage dealt to an enemy.
At Master: 3% chance of inflicting auto-death to enemy.
Weapon: Scythe

[X]SPIKE
Effect: Throw 3 thin projectiles. Move linearly.
At Master: Throw 5. They move in towards enemies.
Weapon: Spear

[ ]SHOCK
Effect: Release waves of electricity to nearby enemies.
At Master: Waves branch off and create smaller waves.
Weapon: Thunder rod (Need name ideas)

[X]BUBBLE
Effect: Form a sphere of holy light around you. Restore HP every few seconds.
At Master: Improves protection against status effects.
Weapon: Excalibur

[X]MYSTERY
Effect: Perform a random boosted ability.
NO MASTER
NO WEAPON
(Obtained in a quest)
