Nerfed some chars in UD SR
Also separated packages for release version of UDSR and updated patches of UDSR
That way any psycho wants to try and actually verify the release version for whatever reason heheh.

UDON DEX HAS MOVED TO 60 FPS! It actually was a lil intermediate, but I did it! Mainly did it to try and remove some lagging issues but at the same time idk if that's how that works.
But yeah go play it
AND THAT! ... Marks the end of Udon Dex development? Okay well no I gotta do quality of life stuff but other than that I'm done with all the characters! ... I know there's ... 1 character left but... he will come... He and I both know he will.
