I've recovered a lost char I did back in 2006 - Baxter Stockman, from TMNT arcade game and I decided to add him as a new boss for the Battle Stormer Classic project.

I always wanted a Turrican boss on the game and I went with the easiest one.
Too bad we don't have his stage sprites, so I am using a Hagane one.
