New Devlog. News. Updates. Progress.


Hi.
Today I thought I'd share with you the progress of our game development. We have been developing the game for quite a long time. We've been working on teasers, animations, designs, models and updates to the game's sprites.

First of all I would like to tell you that we have released the Teaser Game - "MoyMishCO!". It's a small but interesting game, which allowed us to continue working again after a little downtime in development. The game has an ending, which you can get by restarting the game many times, which lowers pet's health scale.(But don't forget to check your character!).

(the game has a problem with specifying the publisher in the game properties, which causes a warning from Windows defender. Don't be scared, it's just a game bug).


I loved the design of this big Devlog so much, so we're updating the page design at Gamejolt. We'll be updating the screenshots and game description, so save the teasers while you have time!

The new design will be similar to the cover of this post, and I hope you like it.

We have been working for several months on the first in-game mini game, which will be available in the first demo version of the game. This mini game was made by our main developer @flyarcy . Here is a preview of the mini game (The environment around the screen will be changed).

For the last month I've been busy updating some of the locations in the game.
Here's a comparison of the new and old sprites.

I changed a few more rooms, but you'll only see them in the game!


We're also working on the animatronics intellect. We played a bit too much, so each animatronic has a lot of options to move around the map (The character chooses where to go by random)

Here is an example of how artificial intelligence works with robots in the game.(WIP)


We've also done a bit of work on moving around the location in 360 degrees. We're still thinking about how to implement it properly, so some things are not ready yet.

I plan to add the ability to collect items and game cartridges in rooms. This will improve gameplay and increase replayability.

(sorry, we didn't have time to redo the system for devlog, I'll show it later!)


We also plan to add overtime to the game. So far I have ideas for P&S room work and cleaning in locations
