Overhauled settings menu
You can now toggle VFX, change the main menu music, and enable/disable static. I may add even more options like this, so you can toggle how much of a vanilla experience you want, or how much of a REDUX experience you want (give me feedback!)
Fixed issues with the transparency of the static and how it rendered to perfectly match how it works in clickteam (it's the little things like this that really enhance the authentic experience)
Began updating the way the game loads. (now a short load in the main menu for all the new graphics, decreases initial lag)
Fixed a few tiny bugs

Allow for multiple sprites to appear in the main hall
