I’ve just uploaded a new version. It’s got a number of bugfixes and gameplay changes.
Bugfix: Fixed a bug where colony ships could produce extra populations on planets with populations below 100,000
Bugfix: Moons no longer produce on planets with populations below 0
Bugfix: When a planet is selected and it’s population falls below 0, the planet no longer remains selected
Bugfix: Production no longer continues on evacuated planets
Bugfix: Mouse is now invisible during the opening and ending of the game
Bugfix: Messages would show multiple times when a ship or building was constructed.
Gameplay: Aegis is no longer colonised at the start of the game
Gameplay: R key no longer resets the game
Gameplay: Fusion inhibitor now lasts longer but it’s effects are lessened
Visual: Planet names no longer repeat and are no longer randomised
Visual: Population is always shown as an integer
Visual: Fixed font corruption bug
Visual: Updated graphics for ships and fusion inhibitor
Other: Fixed a few typos
Other: Reduced filesize
Other: Reduced texture size to increase compatibily on older gpus.
Other: Version number is now shown at the bottom left to help with debugging.
I’ve also begun working on some of the backend code which will allow me to add some new ships and buildings, If you have any ideas for ships or buildings or find any bugs in this version please post them below.
