New Camera Effect. Took a long time to get this set up. This was originally supposed to be transferred from canvas layer to the camera to have the render resolution setting take effect on it.

Major Graphical Changes and The Puppet exists now. For some reason it took forever to get here. I also managed to glitch the camera system since timed it so good. One of the special rare sounds play here too.

Added render resolution options for better performance. Dropping vram usage from 6GB to 5.5GB for the lowest resolution. More settings will be added soon. The goal is to have the max vram usage amount as 4GB.
