New Teaser + Progress Update


So, in the trailer for 2.0 back in July, I said the revamp would release in Fall 2025. Now that we're in the last week of Fall, I'd like to talk about what happened.

The Plan

I actually wanted to release this on July 20th, the 2nd FNT anniversary. It was too perfect to me. 2 years, Update 2.0, FNaF2. So I was hard at work every day trying to make that happen.

But when July came around, not only was I not ready, but I was bombarded with the release of SOTM, Deltarune, Dead by Daylight, and a bunch of other things. It was a crazy month. I had a lot of fun, but I wasn't ready in time for July 20th.

I pulled my worst all-nighter of my entire life simply trying to get that trailer out. So after the day came, I was thoroughly sick of coding and wanted a break.

The Follow Up Plan

I was making such steady and significant progress before July, so I was fairly confident that I could get the game out not too long after. And that probably would've been true, but then came August.

You'd think something bad happened but I actually had a huge turnaround and have felt better than I have in years. I felt so good about life that I wanted to try and fix my sleep schedule, which I kinda did.

Problem is, ALL of the development for this game occurred after midnight. Between my family and my friends, I have zero free time in the day. So I went weeks and weeks without touching the game at all.

The Endgame

Now we're here. The game is at 62% completion. Which may not sound like a lot, but 37% of the remaining work is simple menu stuff that can be done in less than a week.

The actual gameplay is at 98% completion.

I intend to have some beta testing going very, very soon. Which means the game is on the horizon.


Just wanted to update you guys so you don't panic when November ends. We're close!

Have you seen the new trailer?? What do you guys think? And are there any subtle details you missed? More details will be revealed closer to release!

Fun fact: when I released the Puppet update, there was a gap here on the locator map. That's because Springtrap was always planned to come first. Just ended up changing my mind!

What's Next for Five Nights Together? (UI DESIGNER APPLICATION + Revamped Discord Server)

So I’ve finally made the switch to GameMaker: Studio 2 and work on Update 2.0 has begun!!

This menu should kinda show you what I’m aiming for. Same game but improved and optimized.

Everything looks promising! A lot of plans yall have been asking for.
