New Update for Ballshark Bossfight Resurfaced!

Update 1.1.0 — "Polished Sand Update"


New Additions

  • Added achievements/medals with multiple unlock conditions.

  • Improved and updated various in-game sprites.

  • Added new sounds and visual assets for world-building context.

  • Introduced a new Ballshark attack variant.

  • New options menu with adjustable gameplay settings.

  • The fight has a new alternative win condition.

  • Slight reduction in overall difficulty.

Changes

  • Ballshark’s AI behavior has been adjusted.

  • Baseball attack tweaked to be more readable.

  • Block cooldown now scales based on player performance (reward/punishment system).

  • Block cooldown completion is now indicated with a sound cue.

Fixes

  • Fixed background delay issue when transitioning to phase 2.

  • Fixed a bug where fading baseballs turned into Ballshark sprites.

  • Fixed issue with bat attack state not resetting.

  • Additional minor bug fixes and polish.

  • Ballshark can now perform a long jump attack when the player is far away.

  • Menu now visually changes based on the time of day (morning, day, dusk, night).

  • Moved How to Play/Controls into its own thing

  • Stone-textured fonts updated.

  • Added two more agent frame states (low health and post-fight).

  • Agent frame visuals slightly repositioned and decorated.

  • Piranha animation updated.

  • Added new sound effects to Ballshark fight.

  • Reduced player’s phase 2 speed penalty from 4 to 5.25.

  • Updated sprites for S and D rank evaluations.

  • Modified some outro text.

  • Cleaned up credits text.

  • Added proper loading screens and Icons

  • New stuff to the actual game page
