Added voice lines to the game (all done by me). Every time they move, there is a 20% chance for a voice line to play. The exception is folly, which has a 25% change for their voice line(s) to play

Added better ui for power and usage

This is likely going to be the last update to this game. I might do some small rebalancing but it will be minor. I am surprised on how popular this got (relative to my other projects). So thanks for the support and I hope you guys will continue to enjoy my other project. Have a great day!
