In the New update for Knock-Out Remastered!!!
Some things were added, those things were :

5 New Enemies to fight (filling in the whole 1st fighter roster) (more still to come)
New Mini-Game Feature (Still being worked on so expect more from it)
Hidden Easter Eggs Added (More might come in a future update so look for them)
Updated Sounds
