New version: 0.0.2.0


Changes:

  • Added a new boss: Demon Overlord Magzarmas.

  • Added a new legendary item.

  • Bullets and their lighting effects are now the same color as the weapon.

  • Updated the Rocket skill and The Shredder explosion graphics.

  • The Rocket skill projectile won’t explode anymore on enemies that are immune to skills.

  • Changed how loot is created and behaves which improves performance:

    • The item type and rarity are determined on drop, the rest of the stats on pick up.

    • Loot is now deactivated when not on the screen.

  • Fixed a crash with the level portal spawning in boss levels.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
