Updated the jungle wall and tile graphics.
Increased the blast range from Broodmother and Broodsack minions by 16 (ranges are in pixels, game resolution is 1280x720).
Fixed a minor initial freeze before the level load screens.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
