Now you can select stage at the start of a game. ( The online leaderboard is disabled if you don't start at stage 1 )
Fixed audio mixer of UI, was not using any volume configuration.
Fixed some UI text string not updating according to the translation file.
New language variables to define keys name and stage selection.
Fixed a problem when reading language variables with incorrect format.
Added "Translated By" text in options menu. ( Shows if the LANG_TRANSLATEDBY language variable is defined )
Added Polish language to the game. ( Thanks to Joachim Władysławowski for the translation! )
