New Libra Design!

I feel like I've shown Screens and GIFs of the new UI and Battlers, so I wanted to share with y'all a video of all of it in action #RPGmaker

Lots of small changes! -Ladders now have a sound that plays when you step -Enemies now flash when hit, and turn into a little bean when they get KO'd. -Akira uses a unique sprite when using the rails -That new magic menu -New menu blips! #RPGmaker
