News Update - 39 BioFuse 1.8.2 Released (Fixes Win11 support)

- Fixed instances where music would not stop after a special enemy
- New health state added: Presidential Corruption.
- Deprecated President and Mr. President will now cycle through spells
- No more guesswork! Enemies now display which spell they have equipped
- Player weapon is now displayed on battle screen
- Ancient typo from 0.2.7 corrected
- Equipment room got a slight facelift
- Music toggle added on title screen, MENUMOD had an update after all this time
- Music is by default toggled off
- Music toggle variable is saved in config.mini, separate from your save
- Fixed several problems with audioHandler, Jukebox and Monitor
- audioHandler, jukebox and monitor now check config.mini to see if audio is on or off
- Adventure memento is no longer accessible by normal means
- Adventure memento replaced by music toggle in home menu
- Fixed CDM issue where CDM would send user back to battle

Known bugs: 
- Music is unavailable on Windows 11 due to Windows Terminal. Should you want music to work, I recommend
searching up a tutorial on switching your terminal behavior from "Let windows decide/Windows Terminal" to 
Windows Console Host. 
- When music is disabled, the automatic closing functionality of other console processes breaks.

I'm not trying to push updates willy nilly, I just keep finding things that broke when I added music. Plus some lil silly things :>
