Unfortunately, I'm behind my schedule, so I can't release the game in 2025. I'm sorry.
BUT!
(everything below is not a promise but me thinking out loud)
I'm thinking about dropping a demo in mid-January. And think of it not as a "demo" but as an "early access" (just like Steam)!
I will continue to develop the game, just in form of an updates, you know. And when the game is ready, "demo" sign will be gone.
That's because I have no idea how long it will take for me to finish the game "in one sitting". One month, two months, six, twelve - no idea.
I will let you know, will this experimental form hold up or not.
I may use this exact method in the next game ;)
Time will show.

I made this a year ago, it was supposed to come out let's say somewhere around May 20th 2026.
I had no idea it would take a year for me to be where I am now (development progress-wise).
P.S. it's not an announcement. There'll be no new Hidden Fear in 2026
