Back? Alright, let’s get down to business then! First off, today marks the 2 year anniversary of PinesQuest 2D’s first playable build release! This “playable sample” or “mini-demo” build contained only the first dungeon of the game. In the spirit of the day, all the music was initially replaced with a certain song those of us who spend a lot of time on the internet are very familiar with…. before I released the “real” version later on with the correct music.

This year, as the title of this post suggests, I don’t have time for anything like that since I’ve been far too busy! Especially since in March I had an issue in my personal life which kept me from working as much as I’d hoped to. Luckily it’s now been sorted out and things should be looking up from here! There’s only one more issue…

It’s taking me way too long to finish the maps for the second half of the game all by myself! Fortunately, I realized this is something I don’t actually have to do entirely on my own, which is why I’m asking YOU for help!!

If you would like to contribute to PinesQuest 2D by helping with maps, please join the official Discord server and contact me there for the details! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! All you need is the ability to follow directions and install/use image editing software, such as Photoshop, if you don’t have some already!
