To clarify: in the visual aspect, the thing I'll change is the perspective of the characters. Simple-ass heads that signify a character were a goofy addition that I've kept in for long enough: all 'dem fellas will most-likely have a top-down perspective of their bodies, which'll let me showcase more of their designs (mostly bodies & limbs, with some additional details here & there). Map-wise, I'll probably just add some things so it won't be as bland as in the 1st game project
Mechanically, there will be some notable changes. One of which involving doors: I'm considering giving them all a revamp. One of the doors will still be reliant on energy, but will now behave kinda like the doors from FNaF 1 (sans the lights, of course) - there'll be a button that opens/closes the thing, each time wasting energy. The other door in the office will actually be a more "natural" one: will have to be held down for it to effectively close, but it will not take away any form of energy in exchange. As for character behavior, which I brought up in one of my late 2023/early 2024 posts (I think) - the animatronic fellas will get their behavior reworked. In their first outing on Gamejolt, they were basically booking it from start to end; their behavior was dependant on their 'behavior value' (of the numerical kind - dictating frequency of their attempts of getting in your room. Lower values would make them attack quicker, but due to their paths being set in stone from when they activate (or, to be more exact: TRTF-ass behavior), they weren't really interesting. That's why I intend to rework it: they'll have movement "more akin to the usual FNaF fangames" - movement opportunities dependant on their AI level (higher level - more likely to move); they may not always move, but when they inevitably will, they'll be inching closer & closer towards you with every step of their way.
That's it for me. As much as 'Fredi's' is one big shitpost, it's one I'm very passionate about & rather proud of, and I'm willing to do what I can to make it "kinda less dogshit".
