So I got bored and thought of something to talk about, I know no one really reads these and those who do probably think its "cringe" or whatever, but I'm gonna talk about depression. I believe everyone knows what that is these days, but it's when you feel empty, alone, sad and tired all the time, I feel like some people get it mixed up with being stressed though, but that's not what I'm talking about right now. People often feel depressed because something is missing, like being loved, or they are being physically and/or mentally abused, ways that claim to work with getting rid of depression is to: work out: even if it's a little work out it still helps, wake up at a right time: wake up at like 8am (make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep though) have a healthy diet: lots fruits and vegetables (heh yeah I sound like a mom now), try interacting with with new people, try therapy, talk to friends with what's wrong, and leave behind toxic people. Depression really does suck, so I hope anyone who is suffering from it gets better and over comes this challenge
