Hi everyone! It has kinda become tradition for me to write one of these at the end of each year, so I figured I'd at least write up a little something.

In terms of progress on LL (and most of my projects in general) this has probably been the best year for the game. Lot of progress, not a lot of setbacks- If stuff keeps going that way, the demo might be realistic next year! (But no promises, lol)

Most progress has been on code with placeholder assets, which means I can't really show it off yet. But you can trust me when I say that the game is significantly more playable since the last big post I wrote up. Whenever I have something actually playable to show off, you will all see it, trust me.

Now for a bit of a different topic, me! Quite honestly, I haven't been doing super well. I don't want to get into the details, but my mood and motivation to work on stuff is swinging around a lot. No worries though, I am working through it- but that does slow this project down a lot. If I work on it when I'm feeling down, that's going to reflect in the actual game, and that's not a positive thing. But like I said, stuff is getting better.

Next year will be a pretty big one for me. For those of you unaware, I'm an art student, and my internships will start next year. It's something I'm excited and reallyyy scared for, but we'll see how that ends up.

You may think that means I have less time to work on LL, but that's not the case at all! Having no homework is a massive load off my shoulders, as that's how I spend a lot of my free time at the moment. With that out of the picture, I'm sure I'll have considerably more time to work on LL. I really hope to have the demo done by next year, but again, no promises.

That's about it from me. Not as lengthy a post as the past two years, but I don't have much more to say!
