WELCOME TO UNDERTALE LAST BREATH RELIVED. A undertale last breath remake that adds a new phase, and brings back the original Chapter 2 that was cancelled in the OG undertale last breath!

This mostly mixes all of the original ULB and ULB Renewed into one

This Game is just a 1-1 remake of all of ULB team's work into a HTML or Mobile instints, since Undertale last breath scrapped doesnt yet have a mobile version.
