Rainbow Sprinkles is Surf's sister and is portrayed as hyper, optimistic, happy, and has a love for candy.

Likes: Candy, Rainbows, smiling, making people happy, her friends, her family, etc.

Dislikes: Sadness, anger, bad things

Queen Sugar Honey Ice Tea: She gets her looks and personality from her.

Power Barry: Her father and she fights like him.
