Today I have an important announcement regarding the development and the future of Noctis Demerum.

Due to personal reasons, our former programmer had to step down from the project, and we express our gratitude for the time they spent with us.

In light of this transition and after evaluating our current technical landscape, we have made the difficult decision to restart the game's development from scratch. This choice was necessary so our new lead programmer, @The_wirdo_is_birdo , can completely restructure and rewrite the entire codebase in a clean, efficient, and organized manner moving forward.

While this means a complete technical fresh start, the core essence, atmosphere, and narrative of the game remain exactly the same. Our entire focus is now on the future, ensuring that Noctis Demerum returns with much higher quality, better performance, and the overall polish you deserve.

Because of this new beginning, we kindly ask for our community's continued support and patience over the coming months. This time is essential for us to build a solid and lasting foundation.
