Score board without registration - done!
New tooltips working correctly-done!
Supports all screen resolutions-done!
No bugs with GUI-done!
Scoring system is working properly-done!
*Fixed a bug with the lowering of the FPS-done!

There are some minor problems with the game:
*Crash under windowse 8.0-8.1
