OK I was able to build to exe using NW.js and Make SFX!
But maybe a little heavy game...

Updated ULB Sans sprites and fixed "Lethal" cutting corners....
With Last Breath Phase 3, almost everything I wanted to create is complete! There are a few things I would like to tweak, but I will do that later.
