OK I was able to build to exe using NW.js and Make SFX!
But maybe a little heavy game...

Fixed the item bug and corrected the overall UI misalignment. This update was made on Snail IDE, not TurboWarp.
I haven't been able to fix the bugs reported in the comments yet. I plan to continue development with Snail IDE.
