DLEngine (Deltarune Engine) [Hiatus]

Ok so here Is something i have tried to ignore for a while

But this project Is in Hiatus and i have no idea when/if i Will keep working on this.

There are a lot of reasons as why It Is like this.

But we can Say :

I Lost motivation to work on this project

I haven't been able to make progress in months.

Every time i open Gamemaker to try continuing the project i immediatly tried doing something else to avoid It

Or Just, go to sleep.

One of the reasons is One i tried avoid when i started the project itself.

The Battles

I have no idea on how to code Battles with Multiple party members

I Hoped i could Just Wing It and manage to do It.

But After Just After a while of trying to make It i grew tired and exhausted

The Little bit of progress i made on the Battles Is by taking code and ideas from my other project

Dl!Underfell (or Just Underfell)

But then i had to work on party members and changing sprites and making It customizible

And i realized i would have wanted to work on the other project much more than this

That Is kinda also the reason i stopped working on the Channel

Like this project i grew bored on It

And i had a lot more ideas thinking about another project instead of working on the current One.

What's coming out of your own improvs? 🤔

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

The Authority decided to investigate the Basement and leads to recovering classified documents Fun fact: The building has 928 doors and not 1000 doors. #horror
